BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 5720 Lee Highway, being on the southeast line of Lee Highway at Aiken Road. Lots 10 and 11, block B, Lee Highway Place, as shown by plat of record in deed book Z, volume 29, page 446, ROHC; being the property described in deed book 2554, page 869, ROHC. Tax Map No. 158H-G-25. from C-2 Convenience Commercial Zone to C-1 Highway Commercial Zone. 0C SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Landscaping standards attached hereto; and 2. That if the property to the rear, owned by petitioner and currently under residential use but being zoned C-1, is subsequently demolished and/or put to commercial use in conjunction with the instant property, the landscaping standards shall be applied to that lot as well. 3. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as provided by law.
